Thank you for shopping at Deep Journeys.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any product that You purchase with Us.

The words whose initial letters are capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purpose of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred as either "the Company", We", "Us" or "Our" in this Policy) refers to Rock Bridge Consultancy LTD, 1st Floor, Units 3 & 4, Cranmere Court, Lustleigh Close, Matford Business Park, Exeter, Devon, EX2 8PW United Kingdom.

Event refers to the Workshops offered for sale on the Website.

Order means a request by You to purchase an Event from Us.

Website refers to Deep Journeys, accessible from deep journeys.co.

You means the individual accusing or using the Event, or the Company, or the legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing, attending our using the Event, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

We understand that plans change. Because our Events require advance preparation and fixed cost, the following policy applies:

​

  • Cancellation with 14+ days' notice: Full refund (minus a small £15 administration fee).

  • Cancellations with less than 14 days' notice: Deposits and fees are non-refundable.

  • Substitutions: You are welcome to send someone else in your place at no extra cost. Please notify us the name change at least 24 hours before the Event. If You prefer to transfer to a new date, please let us know at least 7 days before the Event.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full booking.

  • Force Majeure: If we are force to cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or a transfer to a new date will be provided. We are not liable for any travel or accommodation cost incurred by you.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Us of Your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your notification. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Event. and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

​

We may refuse refunds that do not meet the conditions above, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

​

Only regular priced Events may be refunded, Unfortunately, Events on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Exchanges

​

If you need to exchange to a different date or similar Event offered on this Website or a Weekend Workshop promoted via Monroe Institute UK website, contact Us at least 7 days prior to the Event. Please note that We will only exchange for a Weekend Workshop that is similar to the one We offer.
